A run keeps its permissions with its work.

Begin with a request and an explicit scope. The run records its progress, holds work for review, and waits for the exact approval when an action requires it. A changed action requires a new approval.

The rest of the system.

Policy

The policy layer is the part of Gevurah that is allowed to refuse. It closes by default, it refuses when it cannot verify, and it writes down the reason every single time.

Orchestration

Orchestration here is not a chat between agents. It is durable rooms that outlive the sessions that touch them, which is the difference between a system that is running and a system that is being run.

Memory

Memory sits outside the model, as durable linked records rather than a longer context window. A rule discovered by one agent constrains a different agent weeks later.

Autonomy

Autonomy is a setting per action rather than a verdict on an agent. The useful part is not how high it goes. It is that it comes back down on its own.

Evidence

Every figure comes from a single frozen source of record and carries its window. The claim that did not survive review is on this page too, because that is the part that makes the rest worth reading.
